Overseas Textile Services s.r.l. (OTS) is an Italian consulting and sourcing company based in Treviso, close to Venice, that provide services in the fields of fashion, uniforms and work-shoes. OTS began operating in 2008 as the exclusive Italian office of Sumitex (Japan), in order to develop business within the European apparel sector through garment production in China. The business grew and was quickly expanded to include other Asian apparel production platforms in China, Myanmar, Vietnam and Cambodia. OTS is operated and owned by the two founding partners Denis Dotto and Marco Dasè.

MAIN SERVICES
- Consulting services to Asian garments Producers for both fabrics and garments.
- Advise Producers in various marketing, branding and product activities.
- Support to the European brands in the product development process, providing trend proposal and an extensive research of fabrics, garments and accessories.
- Assist the brands throughout the creative and development process: from sketch to approved samples, then following logistic team for efficient bulk delivery.
- Production and marketing of workwear, shoes and uniforms.
OUR STRENGHTS
The office is organised with two partners, and an internal staff of eleven people and two production coordinators in China to supervise the whole process and follow quality control.
There are a further two agents covering European countries. The showroom has an extensive research of garments, fabrics, finishing and accessories, which we propose to the designers and product staff of our customers. This offer is constantly updated and it is seasonally integrated with innovative and commercially viable garments.
We regularly visit fashion companies and assist their product managers and designers advising them on materials, trends, finishing and dyeing and also workmanship. We liaise daily with product development departments and the factories to ensure that all development processes are clear and understood, in order to assure perfect communication. We follow the whole process: from initial sketch to managing the logistics of shipping finished goods to our customers’ warehouses.

WEIHAI DISHANG
Largest apparel manufacture in China, with a yearly turnover in excess of USD 1.5 billion, producing 73 million pieces in all categories of garments, both knitted and woven. Dishang has production centers in China, Myanmar, Cambodia, Vietnam, Bangladesh: 80 directly owned factories; 15.000 employees. Member of Sedex, DIshang has all main certifications.
HUAYUE
Chinese producer based in Kunshan with factories in Henan province and Myanmar. Specialized in outerwear with a capacity of over 300.000 pcs/month In China and 200.000 in Myanmar. BSCI certified, it produces, among others, for s.Oliver, Uniqlo, Zara, Marks & Spencer.
DALIAN PEIZE
Company based in Dalian, with 2 factories in China (total capacity 150.000 pcs/month) and one in Myanmar (capacity 100.000 pcs/month). Dalian Peize manufactures both fashion (all categories) and work wear. Among their customers Zara, Mango, Guess, C&A, etc. BSCI certified.
HUAXI
Small company based in Dalian without directly owned factories, but with a wide network of small factories where they outsource the production. Huaxi is specialized in outerwear and produces also very small quantities, with a good standard, in certified factories.
DAMINGHU
Company located in Huzhou with two directly owned factories in Huzhou and Henan, with a total capacity of 100.000 pcs/month. They are technologically advanced with state of the art machinery and are specialized in the production of technical activewear and sportswear with taping and bonding. BSCI certified.
TIAN YU SILK
Company located in Hangzhou, specialized in the production of light products (dresses, shirts, t-shirts) in silk, viscose and polyester. They have all certifications, and they produce 50% internally, with a monthly output of 30.000 pcs, and 50% outsourced.
FRAN-DRESSIE
Company located in Huangshi, with 2 directly owned factories. The production system is very advanced, with robotic techniques and with automatic machines for cutting, sawing and filling. Their 3D system, compared to other suppliers in China, is very advanced. Fran Dressie makes only outerwear, with a very high quality level and an expensive CM. BSCI certified.
Larmatex
Based in Denizli, Turkey, making all pants excepts denim. They can produce sophisticated products, with quite competitive prices. Their capacity is 25.000 pieces per month and they produce, among others, for Anthropology, Hugo Boss, Burberry, French Connection
CONG LONG
Small supplier from Yangjing, 250 workers, USD 5 million turnover, making only outerwear, specialized in padded nylon jackets and seam tape. Cong Long is very flexible, affordable and make also small quantities. BSCI certified.
NEW WAY
Supplier from Jianxing with a production of 120.000 pieces/monthly and sales of USD 120 million. They make mostly outerwear and are specialized in the production on eco-leather and fake fur. BSCI certified.
GALAXY SUN
Supplier from China, with one factory in Wuxi with 500 workers and one factory in Yangoon Myanmar, with 650 workers. They produce only shirts, both formal and casual, working exclusively for the European market. BSCI certified.
HUAYI
Company located in Dalian, with one factory in China and one in Myanmar, making all categories of products, with focus on outerwear. They work with many customers worldwide, among them Uniqlo. BSCI certified.

Ha lavorato 10 anni negli Stati Uniti come agente per la Benetton, 8 a Hong Kong come Amministratore Delegato di Stefanel Asia ltd. e presidente di Stefanel Fashion Korea (JV tra LG e Stefanel). Di ritorno in Italia, è stato Amministratore Delegato di Hi-Tec Italy spa e per 2 anni general manager Europe per Australian Wool Innovation (The Woolmark). Nel 2008 ha fondato la Overseas Textile Services.
Denis Dotto has a degree in Business and Economics. He has worked 10 years in the United States in retail for Benetton, then 8 years in Hong Kong as CEO of Stefanel Asia Limited and President of Stefanel Fashion Korea (JV between LG and Stefanel). He then returned to Italy and worked 5 years as CEO of Hi-Tec Italia; 2 years as General Manager Europe for Australian Wool Innovation (The Woolmark). In 2008 he established OTS.

Marco Dasè è un perito tessile con esperienza sia tecnica, sia di prodotto. Ha lavorato 15 anni in Stefanel come direttore dell’ufficio acquisti; 8 anni in Olimpias, azienda di produzione della Benetton, come direttore vendite; 2 anni in TBM, azienda con produzione italiana di tessuti e filati, come direttore commerciale; 3 anni come direttore commerciale di High Fashion Italia, filiale di una società cinese per la quale ha organizzato la rete vendite in Europa. Dal 2009 lavora in Overseas Textile Services.
